Hey, I'm Oliver

Music has been my constant for as long as I can remember. Right after school, I jumped into live sound and recording, going on tour with bands and travelling all over the world as a sound engineer and also creating in the studio at the source of the music. It was wild, exciting, and there was this wonderful feeling of everyone connecting together through music. But the touring life? Wow! super long days, late nights, and tough schedules that made staying healthy physically and mentally a real challenge.

Then everything changed forever. I met my incredible wife, and we gave birth to our beautiful daughter.

During the exciting but sometimes hard navigation through parenthood, It dawned on me that I wanted to be around, be present. Not just popping in and out between tours, but actually being there for my family.

In 2020, when touring took a break, I finally had space to stop, think, and reflect. That’s when I stumbled upon sound therapy, and it was like finding something I didn’t even know was missing. It was the first time in years I felt real calm.

At first, I explored it just for myself — learning instruments, playing around, listening, and slowly bringing sound therapy into my everyday life. The more I got into it, the more settled I felt. Things became clearer, I felt more balanced, and I found a peaceful way to be a dad and still do the sound engineering I love.

Later on, I trained with Becky at the Sound Healing School UK and got certified with a diploma in group sound baths and one-on-one sound therapy. The training gave me a confidence boost, inspiration and the push I needed to share this with others.

Right now, I’m in Guildford, Surrey, doing group sound baths and private sessions. I want to create a safe, supportive space where people can slow down, breathe, and feel the same benefits that first drew me to sound healing in the first place.

For me, sound healing is more than something I just do — it’s how I find balance, connect with others, and create little pockets of peace in a noisy and chaotic world.

I’d love to share that with you by also drawing on the cultures, countries, and natural places I’ve travelled to, weaving their sounds and spirit into my sound therapy. Each session is inspired by those experiences, creating down to earth sound journeys that bring people a little bit closer to the world around them.
