My Journey
Music and sound have been my constant for as long as I can remember. Right after school, I jumped into live sound and recording, going on tour with bands and travelling all over the world as a sound engineer and also creating in the studio at the source of the music. It was wild, exciting, and there was this wonderful feeling of everyone connecting together through music. But the touring life? Wow! super long days, late nights, and tough schedules that made staying healthy physically and mentally a real challenge.

Then everything changed. I met my incredible wife, travelled the world together and had a beautiful daughter.
During the exciting but sometimes hard navigation through parenthood, It dawned on me that I wanted to be around, be present. Not just popping in and out between tours, but actually being there for my family.

In 2020, when touring took a break and I spent most of my time packing and delivering food and supplies to the local community, I finally had space to stop, think, and reflect. While contemplating life and potentially coming to terms with not ever going to go back to music work again. That’s when I stumbled upon sound therapy, and it was like finding something I didn’t even know was missing. It was the first time in years I felt real calm and an urge to do something to support mine and others wellbeing.

At first, I explored it just by myself — learning instruments, playing around, studying, listening, and slowly bringing sound therapy into my everyday life and studied in detail. The more I got into it, the more settled I felt. My mind became clearer, I felt more balanced, and I found a peaceful, loving and supportive way to be a dad and husband and still do the sound engineering I love once it had returned.

I knew that this was something I wanted to really dedicate myself to, I trained with the Internationally accredited Sound Healing School UK and graduated with a certificate in group sound therapy and also a diploma in one-on-one sound healing. The training gave me the skills, a huge confidence boost, inspiration and the push I needed to share this with others.

Right now, I’m based between East Hampshire and Surrey, providing group sound baths and private sessions. I create a safe, supportive space where people can slow down, breathe, and feel the same benefits that first drew me to sound healing in the first place.

For me, sound healing is more than something I just do — it’s how I find balance, connect with others, and create little pockets of peace in a noisy and chaotic world.

I’d love to share a journey with you by drawing on the cultures, countries, and natural places I’ve travelled to, weaving their sounds and spirit into my sound therapy. Each session is inspired by those experiences, creating down to earth sound journeys that bring people a little bit closer to the world around them.
